The Josh Allen Billustration Young Patient Golisano Children’s Hospital Hat comes from the 2026 Billustration Collection, which features designs created by children receiving care at Golisano Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. This edition was designed by Charlotte, whose artwork celebrates her personality and remarkable journey.
Charlotte was born at just 26 weeks with underdeveloped lungs and received extensive care at Golisano Children’s Hospital. Her design includes a drawing of lungs as a tribute to one of the biggest challenges she overcame. Josh Allen wore Charlotte’s Billustration cap on October 4, 2026, for Buffalo’s game against New England.
