If you provided the wrong address and the shipment hasn’t been sent, please email us to update it. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot resend it to a new address, so please double-check your address when placing your order!

If you receive a faulty item, simply send us a picture along with your order number. If the item is defective or wears off after the first wash, we’ll provide a free replacement—no need to send it back. Just share a photo of the faulty item with us!
