Honor John “Cheech” Garrett with the Forever A Canuck Shirt, featuring his iconic headset and mustache in a heartfelt tribute to the beloved Vancouver hockey voice.

John Cheech Garrett Forever A Canuck Shirt – Tribute to a Beloved Vancouver Voice

The John “Cheech” Garrett Forever A Canuck Shirt honors the former Vancouver goaltender and longtime broadcaster who passed away at age 74 in April 2026. Garrett spent decades connected to the Canucks as both a player and an unmistakable voice in the broadcast booth, earning generations of fans with his humor, insight, and personality. Vancouver’s own tribute closed with the fitting words: “Forever a Canuck.”

The shirt features a minimalist black headset graphic paired with the distinctive mustache associated with “Cheech,” accented by a subtle yellow outline. Beneath the artwork, “John ‘Cheech’ Garrett – Forever A Canuck” gives the design a simple, respectful memorial feel.

More than a broadcaster, Garrett became part of the soundtrack of Vancouver hockey through two decades of Canucks television broadcasts and his warm chemistry with fans and colleagues. Wear the John Cheech Garrett Forever A Canuck Shirt as a lasting tribute to a beloved voice and unforgettable part of Canucks history.
