Bring workplace humor to the holidays with the But Did You Document It Ugly Christmas Sweater, a funny pick for HR, IT, compliance, project teams, and office Christmas parties.

But Did You Document It Ugly Christmas Sweater – Holiday Compliance Humor

The But Did You Document It Ugly Christmas Sweater turns one of workplace culture’s most familiar reminders into a festive joke. “But did you document it?” is especially recognizable in HR, compliance, IT, and project environments where keeping a clear record can matter almost as much as completing the task itself.

The design mixes that classic office phrase with Christmas lights, snowflakes, trees, folders, charts, clocks, and other work-inspired icons. It captures the perfect combination of holiday cheer and the coworker who refuses to accept “I already handled it” without written proof.

Perfect for office Christmas parties, HR teams, managers, analysts, IT staff, compliance professionals, or anyone known for asking for documentation, this sweater brings a relatable workplace joke into ugly sweater season. Wear it and remind everyone: if it wasn’t documented, did it really happen?
