Order Exchange Policy
We do not currently support exchanges. Customers are advised to confirm all order details carefully—such as size, design, quantity, and shipping address—before finalizing their purchase. Since each order is custom-processed, we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns for incorrect selections.
However, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After cancellation, you can place a new order with the correct details. If you have any questions or concerns during the order process, please reach out to us. We’re here to ensure you’re satisfied with your shopping experience.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have already entered processing and shipping stages. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied to cancellations.

Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. After this period, the order will be considered accepted, and no reimbursements will be issued.

Conditions for Refunds
Returned items must meet these conditions:
- The item has not been worn or washed.
- The item has not been modified in any way.
- The item is not defective unless it is our error.
- The item includes original tags.
- The item does not have minor issues such as loose threads, which can be easily repaired.
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

- Shipping label or receipt.
- Proof of purchase.
- Evidence of defective or incorrect items (photos or videos).

How to Request a Return and Refund
